Return & Refund Policy

For Cutting boards and other wood related purchases.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because our products are food-contact items, any used cutting board cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Used cutting boards or products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

We will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund, including shipping

Natural Wood Disclaimer

All of our products are made from real wood.

Variations in:

  • Grain
  • Color
  • Pattern
  • Small natural imperfections

are normal and not considered defects.


Care Responsibility

Proper care is required to maintain your cutting board.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Dishwasher use
  • Soaking or prolonged exposure to water
  • Lack of oiling or maintenance

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

🎉 Rental Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking & Deposit

  • A $25 deposit is required to reserve your event date
  • This deposit is fully refundable up to 2 days before your event
  • Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received

Final Payment

  • Full payment is due 2 days prior to the event date
  • If full payment is not received by this time, the booking may be cancelled and the date released

Cancellations & Refunds

Before Final Payment (More than 2 Days Before Event)

  • Full refund of the $25 deposit

After Final Payment (Within 2 Days of Event)

  • No refunds will be issued

Date Changes

  • Date changes are allowed subject to availability
  • Must be requested at least 2 days before the event
  • If we are unavailable for the new date, the cancellation policy applies

Damage Deposit

  • A separate refundable damage deposit may be required depending on the rental
  • Returned within 2–5 days after the event, following inspection

Deductions may be made for:

  • Missing items
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Excessive cleaning required

Non-Use / Change of Plans

  • No refunds will be issued if rental items are not used
  • No refunds for changes in event size, location, or design preferences

Weather Policy

  • Rentals proceed as scheduled regardless of weather
  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions

Limited Inventory

Due to limited inventory:

  • Reservations are first-come, first-served
  • Items are held exclusively for your event date once booked

Setup Responsibility

  • If setup service is purchased, we handle installation and teardown
  • If not, the client is responsible for proper setup and safe use

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Injury or damage resulting from misuse of rental items
  • Improper setup when not installed by us
